Let’s take a look at one of our clients who rewarded their top performers with a group incentive trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico! Team members and their guests enjoyed 3 nights / 4 days at the luxurious UNICO 20° 87° Resort, which is an adult exclusive paradise on the pristine, white sand beaches of Riviera Maya.
Riviera Maya is a diverse and stunning region which encompasses nearly 100 miles of coastline with beautiful white sand beaches and brilliant turquoise colored water, and is located just south of Cancun. This paradise is home to mangroves and lagoons, ancient Mayan cities, ecological wonders and adventure parks – not to mention the world’s second largest coral reef.

Day 1
Winners and their guests flew into Cancun, Mexico and were transported via private vehicles to the Unico 20° 87° Resort where they spent a relaxing afternoon enjoying the stunning resort pools and sipping cocktails. That evening, we welcomed the group to Mexico and hosted a 1-hour reception with tropical drinks and delicious hors d’oeuvres!
Day 2
The morning began with coffee, fruit, baked goods and breakfast burritos on our privately-chartered catamaran as we set sail for our ½ day snorkeling adventure! After a leisurely cruise to the coral reef, everyone put on their mask, fins and snorkel and slipped into the crystal clear azure waters where they fed and swam with the colorful, aquatic ‘locals’. That evening was a free night to have dinner with new friends or order a special, romantic meal served on their balcony in the comfort of their own room.
Day 3
Day 3 was a free day to relax by the pool, enjoy a luxurious spa treatment or go shopping in Playa del Carmen. That evening we gathered together once again as we celebrated the winners and their guests, and bid farewell to Mexico with an elaborate 4-course dinner on the sunset lawn.
Day 4
After checking out of the hotel, private transfers were waiting to take the attendees back to the Cancun airport for their flights home.
